Seth Spears is an entrepreneur, investor, brand builder, and business strategist dedicated to creating purpose-driven companies that put mission over margin and people and planet ahead of profit.

Raised in a large, health-conscious Sicilian American family, Seth grew up in a home where the kitchen was the heart of daily life, every label was read, and quality mattered more than quantity. After more than a decade in natural health, he saw that families were often forced to choose between products made with clean ingredients and products that actually worked. Homemade formulas developed at his family’s kitchen table proved they could have both. Those mason-jar batches of toothpaste became Wellnesse, a Certified B Corporation creating non-toxic, natural oral care that outperforms conventional alternatives. As Founder and Chief Visionary Officer, Seth follows one standard: if it isn’t good enough for his family, it isn’t good enough for yours.

Previously, Seth co-founded WellnessMama.com, one of the world’s leading natural-living platforms for women and families. As CMO and CTO from 2009 until his exit in 2024, he helped grow it into a globally recognized blog and podcast. He also founded Spears Marketing and Rewild Gear, an outdoor-equipment company launched with his three brothers to encourage wilderness adventure through durable, responsibly made gear. Today, he invests in and advises health and wellness companies and purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

Seth is a devoted father of six, avid outdoorsman, hunter, skier, world traveler, live-music enthusiast, and passionate Cincinnati and Kentucky sports fan. He is happiest exploring, traveling, and cooking with his family—especially in Italy—and maintains that the necktie is a medieval torture device.
