Sergio Smirnoff

I'm Sergio, Head of Design at PlusPlus. I build and mentor multi-disciplinary design teams and work with Business, Product, and Engineering to create user experience strategies that make complex products clear and compelling. I've designed and shipped B2C, B2B, enterprise, and mobile experiences for companies like Amazon, Apple, US Bank, and Puma.

I've been involved in Silicon Valley startups as a mentor, helping founders shape impactful companies through Design Thinking. I also have a background as a high-performance volleyball player and coach, taught university graphic design, and enjoy photography and painting.
