Ayori Selassie

I run Selfpreneur and Life Model Ventures, where I invest in AI and future-of-work startups like You.com and Career Karma, and help people design careers that hold up as work changes. I've spent 17 years at Salesforce across engineering, product, and AI strategy, and I founded BOLDforce, the ERG that pushed Salesforce to hire its first Chief Diversity Officer. I also created Life Model Design, a framework for building work and life with intention. Ask me about investing in AI and workforce startups, the future of work, navigating a long career at a big company, and Life Model Design.
