I'm Scott, AVP, Retail Advisory at Genpact and a GTM and AI strategist who builds go-to-market systems and retail tech solutions. I co-founded GTMify and run 3 Daughters Consulting, advising on eCommerce, GTM orchestration, AI strategy, and digital transformation across retail and enterprise clients. Previously I led digital commerce and transformation roles at ThoughtWorks, HTEC Group, SUEZ, Church & Dwight, and ran BCMultisport, where I managed retail operations and eCommerce growth. I am a three time girl dad and I live and work in the Delaware Valley.
