I'm Scott, founder of Inspiring Change, where, since 2017, I've been helping organisations be much more intentional about building strong and aligned cultures. Our work sits across culture, internal communications and helping leaders communicate in ways that are clear, memorable, and human.

Before founding Inspiring Change, I was a key part of the team that effected significant culture change in AIB, one of Ireland's pillar banks. I also host the Building Better Cultures podcast, where I've talked to over 150 guests about what great culture, communications and leadership look like in practice.
