I'm Scott and I started Kompass Advisors in 2014 to follow my passion: coaching high-potential Founders, CEO's and their leadership teams. I have assisted nearly 100 Founders crystalize their VISION. I help facilitate their strategic planning sessions and help them understand the real business they are in is the PEOPLE business. Every associate, vendor, shareholder and customer is a person. And if you don't understand people, you cannot optimize your business. People are very complex and conflict sucks time and resources from the business. I teach frameworks to optimize relationships and align people so that execution is more effective.
