Sarah Liu

I design products at ZipSuite, where I built the end-to-end experience for an AI-powered document and mail platform that cuts legal team workflows from hours to seconds. I also designed BuyPal, a social commerce platform built around group purchasing and gamified shopping. I work across design, research, and product strategy, often on lean teams where one person has to cover a lot of ground. I studied psychology and classical piano performance at Oberlin, which shapes how I think about user behavior and attention.
