Sarah Turfboer

I have worked in a variety of companies and industries using a human-centered approach to problem solving. Uncovering the complexity of an organization and how it can bring value to the people it serves is my passion. My strengths lie at discovering latent customer needs and exploring appropriate and creative solutions to meet those needs through collaborative research methods. Deep understanding of who I am designing for is the basis for my approach. I believe that empathy should come first, above all else, and that flexibility of mindset is key to working with others and making decisions.
