I'm Sanjay, a product designer at Skan AI building an AI agent platform from the ground up as the sole designer. I own everything from customer discovery to delivery, shipping products across agentic AI observability, data labeling, and compliance, while scaling a design system used by 15 engineers. My background is unusual: I trained as an architect before pivoting into HCI at the University of Maryland. That shift shapes how I think about systems, space, and user trust.
