I'm Sandra, Chief Learning Scientist at EPAM Systems, a 65,000-person global technology company that has spent thirty years building organizational intelligence into how it actually runs. My job is to evolve that model as AI reshapes what it demands, and help Fortune 500 clients build their own versions. I started as an academic studying how people develop expertise, then defected to test whether the science holds up inside real organizations. It does.
