I'm Sam Tucker, founder and CEO of My Safety Manager and Carrier Risk Solutions, Inc. I started the company more than 10 years ago to help trucking companies improve safety, strengthen compliance, and better manage risk. Before launching CRS, I spent 14 years in insurance underwriting, gaining expertise in evaluating transportation risks and understanding motor carriers' challenges.

I graduated from Georgia Southern University with degrees in Business Economics and Finance/Risk Management. I use that education along with real industry experience to help fleets build practical safety and compliance programs that support operational stability and long-term growth.
