I'm Sahil, and I build the growth engine at talentpluto, a YC-backed platform that matches vetted talent to venture-backed startups. Before this, I did GenAI research at Scale AI and shipped software at Splunk. I also founded Court IQ, a basketball analytics product that got acquired by UCONN Analytics.
