Ryan Weinbach

I’m Ryan Weinbach, Director of Sales at PodPlay Technologies. PodPlay is a full-stack platform built specifically for racquet sports clubs, helping operators replace fragmented software with a single unified system that manages court bookings, memberships, tournaments, video capture, and digital scoreboards. My focus is working closely with club owners and operators to help them streamline operations, increase court utilization, and create better experiences for players.

Outside of my work in sports technology, I’m deeply involved in the racquet sports world myself. I’m a 5.9 DUPR pickleball player and an experienced high-level coach, so I spend a lot of time both competing and teaching on court. I also come from a family deeply connected to the sport, my father is pickleball legend Dave Weinbach, which has given me a unique perspective on how the game has evolved from its grassroots beginnings into one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.

Today my work sits at the intersection of sports, technology, and business growth. I spend most of my time helping clubs think through how technology can improve their operations, increase revenue, and build stronger player communities.
