Ruth is an IBCLC and doula and the founder of Birth to Breast, serving families in San Diego with in-home lactation consultations and free lactation support groups.
She believes in empowering parents to feed their babies with confidence, and a visit with her is like a supportive friend coming over with a lot of lactation knowledge and tools. Ask her about breastfeeding, latch and pain issues, or weaning.
