Ruby Balborda is an insurance executive, community leader, and mentor dedicated to helping young people discover career pathways and build confidence for their future. With more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ruby currently serves as Executive Vice President at Silverio Insurance Group, where he leads sales growth, business development, and community engagement initiatives.

Throughout his career, Ruby has combined professional leadership with a strong passion for mentorship, financial literacy, and economic mobility. He regularly speaks with students and young adults about career development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the importance of building strong personal and professional foundations.
