I build products in places where the real obstacle isn't technology, it's rules that don't quite agree, processes nobody owns, and organisations that know they need to change but aren't sure where to start. I co-founded ePAL, which optimises the full landed cost of cross-border eCommerce at checkout, before the parcel reaches the door. Before that, Flowdaq turned a missed water delivery into a certified IoT product. I also coined the term "Minimum Compliant Product." Currently I also lead strategic system specification and procurement at Iarnród Éireann.
