Rohit Goenka

I'm Rohit. I was born and partially raised in Kolkata, India, then raised myself in Winnipeg, Canada when I moved there as a teenager. I studied at four different schools in Kolkata before going to the University of Manitoba after a gap year.

I have supported thousands of students in educational journeys and worked in risk management at FSRA to support the financial safety of Ontarians. I've also worked in regulatory reporting and finance at Laurentian Bank, treasury at MCAP, and advisory at RBCx for Canadian tech companies. Most recently I was an early hire at Tempo (YC S23). I value learning, collaboration, adaptability, and enjoy sports, socializing, and giving back to the community.
