I am the Founder and CEO of Robert Anthony Consulting, where I specialize in accelerating business growth by aligning marketing, sales, and operations into one cohesive strategy. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, I’ve built a reputation for helping home service businesses and private equity-backed companies achieve measurable results through strategies rooted in people and systems.

My journey began in Detroit, where I helped grow Randazzo Heating & Cooling into a 30+ brand regional platform that became Heartland Home Services—one of North America’s largest home service providers. As VP of Marketing and Sales, I drove consistent double-digit growth and positioned the company for two successful private equity investments. The lessons I gained from that 12-year journey shaped my belief that sustainable growth only happens when people, processes, and purpose are fully aligned.
