I'm Rob, owner and principal broker at RealWise. I run a group of real estate and property management companies across multiple locations. I started by building my own rental portfolio, then acquired a small property management company in Ashland, Oregon, and scaled it from there.

The biggest challenge I solve is staffing: getting the right people in place so we deliver great service to clients and create a strong internal experience for our teams. I keep everything cloud-based, transparent, and communication-first.
