I'm Rico, a keynote speaker and leadership trainer who has spent 34 years helping students, educators, and professionals rediscover their purpose and show up stronger in their work. I founded Student Lives Matter and Teachers Lives Matter after receiving a call that my son's school was on lockdown due to an active shooter. That moment turned into a national nonprofit focused on school safety, emotional wellness, and empowering educators. I'm also represented by Salem Speakers Bureau and created the Bringing Out The Best In You ecosystem.
