Rick White

My name is Rick White and I am the president and co-founder of 180BIZ. I've been helping Auto Repair Shop Owners create the business of their dreams through coaching and training for the last 21 years. I am 61 years young and still trying to change the industry - one auto repair shop at a time. My dream is to be able to help not just hundreds of shop owners (which I have) but thousands and tens of thousands of shop owners. I run the business with my wife, our CEO, Brenda White. I have always been in this industry. Growing up my father had an auto repair shop so it's in my blood. I rebuilt my first transmission when I was 17 years old. I opened my first auto repair shop when I was 21. Like most people starting out in this industry I was a tech and thought I could run a shop just as good as the men that I had worked for. I made every mistake in the book and ended up going bankrupt and losing the shop. Determined to do things better - I learned. I attended training classes.
