I spent 25 years in regulated environments turning strategic intent into delivery. At Citizens Bank, I rose from early web engineer to SVP of Retail Technology, launching the bank's first online banking system and directing a $300MM portfolio. I advised Vast Bank on delivery governance for the nation's first FDIC-insured bank to offer crypto services.
