Armand Kadima

Orphan, Refugee, Widower, Father, CFO, & Resilience Coach helping entrepreneurs experience fulfilling sustainable lives

I am seasoned accountant and Fractional CFO with extensive accounting and tax experience spanning over 20 years. I have lent my talents to large fortune 100 companies and growing SMBs in a myriad of sectors, including healthcare, technology, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, retail, entertainment, and hospitality. I am technical accounting expert and have developed a keen eye for deciphering and interpreting financial results to gather insights necessary for growth and strategic decision making. In addition, I am a tax strategist specializing in helping entrepreneurs acquire tax deductible and tax deferring assets to grow their wealth. I have a bachelor degree in accounting from Fort Valley State University and pursued my graduate studies in accounting with an emphasis in taxation at Kennesaw State University, until a personal tragedy derailed my studies. My personal life has been riddled with extreme circumstances, including fleeing a devastating war in the Congo at the age of 10, losing both of my parents to AIDS in my teenage years, losing my two closest friends who were my college football teammates and room mates, and losing my wife as she gave birth. I recently learned that my three youngest children are autistic. My resilience over the years has been remarkable, thus in addition to my financial advisory work, I guide entrepreneurs through the embodiment of resilience. I am father of 8 children, an avid reader, a nature lover, and an aspiring speaker and author.
