I'm Rehab, a human development and mental health consultant at Future Masters International. I help founders, CEOs, and leadership teams make clearer decisions using behavioural psychology. My work focuses on how human behavior and mental resilience influence leadership, organizational performance, and sustainable growth.

I collaborate with leaders navigating complexity and responsibility, improve decision-making and execution in leadership teams, and support organizations building psychologically strong cultures. My approach is research-driven and practical, combining behavioural psychology, mental health frameworks, and leadership experience to create lasting change. I've also been CEO at Whitedeal.com and worked in roles at RedSeer, BARWA Real Estate Group, and Qatar Financial Centre. I studied computer science and marketing and hold an advanced diploma in Islamic banking.
