Stuart J. Green is the founder of Blue-Green Advisors and author of The Regenerate Leap: Leap Forward. Grow Through Fire. A structural diagnostician and operating-model architect, he works with CEOs when their operating model no longer fits the conditions it was designed for. Over three decades, he has designed governance and capital architectures across complex, multi-country systems in Asia-Pacific, spanning cumulative capital exposure exceeding $500M. He is the creator of the Structural Misfit and Redesign Method, a diagnostic instrument for institutional redesign under compound disruption. The methodology draws on 30 years of marine and fire ecology as an evidential laboratory for how complex systems fail, clear, and regenerate. His advisory work spans the Asian Development Bank, USAID, and the Blue Planet Fund. His book challenges the assumption that organisations under stress should restore what was, arguing instead that irreversible change demands structural redesign, not recovery.
