I'm Reena, founder of The Collaborators, where I work with leaders and teams using applied neuroscience to handle complexity, pressure, and change. I created the CPD-certified Applied Neuroscience Methodology, and have worked with organisations including UBS, Reckitt, Deliveroo, and Channel 4. Before this, I spent two decades in global HR leadership at Aviva and Abbott. I also teach Master-level leadership at Glion Institute.
