I run Showcase Your Shine, where I teach women in construction, tech, and manufacturing to speak with confidence and lead with authority. I blend applied behavior science, theater, and real-world experience to help professionals command the room, whether on the job site, shop floor, or in the boardroom.

I was a safety director in the Puget Sound region in the '90s, one of the few women in that role, and earned Safety Professional of the Year. Now I combine that boots-on-the-ground credibility with vocal mastery. I've produced over 1300 audio/video projects and delivered more than 1500 presentations worldwide. My signature message: Your voice is your influence.
