I'm Akshay, founder and CEO at Tech Sierra, based in Mumbai. I started an offshore development center tied to Sierra Instrumentation & Controls and then set up Tech Sierra to handle IT services and staff augmentation as the business grew.

Before Tech Sierra I worked in roles across data science and industrial automation, including work at Myxx, Emerson, Bosch, and Sandoz, and I studied engineering and later earned a master's degree. I now lead a pan-India team focused on hiring developers and building software for clients, and we learn from our mistakes every day.
