Randy Garn​

I'm Randy Garn, a New York Times bestselling author, serial entrepreneur, and investor. I'm currently serving as Mission President for the Texas Houston South Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I grew up on a ranch in Sugar City, Idaho, graduated from BYU, and went through Harvard's Owner President Management Program. I've built and scaled companies, worked in private equity and investment out of New York, Israel, and London, and spent my career helping leaders build high-performing cultures. In my free time I love sharing the gospel with my wife Charlotte, our four beautiful daughters, and two rowdy boys!
