I'm Prem, a clinical pharmacist at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy. I've spent over 20 years in pharmacy, from scientific research to ambulatory care and cancer support. I collaborate with care teams to tailor treatments, adjust medications, and use EMR systems to improve outcomes. Previously I worked at University of Michigan and managed pharmacy operations at RITE AID.
