I'm Donaldo, founder of PowerHouse Group and the voice behind Powerhouse University. I build training and mentorship programs that teach agents how to sell final expense life insurance and run our Fast-Start new agent orientation and online courses. We partner with Senior Life Insurance Company to supply leads, call center support, and tools so agents can focus on helping families and closing sales.

I answer candidate questions about starting a career at PowerHouse, walk new agents through the Fast-Start orientation and training steps, explain insurance options to families, and keep our programs grounded in the "Power of Belief" story that frames our approach.
