I lead all of IT at Transervice Logistics, a PE-backed fleet and logistics company operating 120+ facilities and 24,000 pieces of equipment across North America. My job is to make technology a business accelerator, covering enterprise strategy, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity across a large, complex operation. Before Transervice, I ran IT for schools, nonprofits, and co-owned a pharmacy where I built the CRM and customer service systems from scratch.
