Pedro Tang

I'm Pedro, lead operator at a caramel factory in Chicago. I lead a small team of two to three people, check the machines and ingredient quality for caramel, track daily material consumption, keep the line clean and orderly after my shift, and do inventory after production. I say the secret is respecting the quantity of each ingredient, following the order and process, and staying clean.
