Pavel Stoev M.Eng. P.Eng.

Pavel Stoev is a systems engineer and technology executive with over 18 years of global experience delivering high-impact IT infrastructure, integrated cybersecurity, and AI projects. His work has realized hundreds of millions of dollars in critical IT systems.

A graduate of the University of Toronto in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BASc, MEng), Pavel has led R&D investments in wireless positioning, hybrid cloud computing, and high-performance computing (HPC). As founder of Futurebound Corp, he co-developed advanced transportation management software with the University of Toronto’s Wireless Research Lab. Now with CentML, Pavel is driving enterprise adoption of cutting-edge AI acceleration software, helping clients unlock AI operations and receive efficiency at scale.

In his work, Pavel applies global cybersecurity standards including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IEC/ISO 62443 to deliver secure, resilient infrastructure.
