I'm Paul, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Insigneo and Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law. I started as a criminal prosecutor in Manhattan the week before 9/11, then co-founded Fintel Technologies, building a patented platform to combat financial crimes. I developed R/APTR to assess cybersecurity, brokerage, and crypto risks. Now I oversee AI risk management and teach financial crimes at Fordham Law.
