One of the questions I get asked most often about the technology I work with is simply, “How does it actually work, and how is it different from what we’re doing today?” Dealers are naturally curious about how AI fits into their existing operations. They usually want to understand what the technology actually does, what benefits it provides compared to their current processes, and whether it will truly make their teams more efficient. Another common set of questions revolves around cost and integration. Dealers want to know if the technology will integrate with their existing systems, how complicated it will be for their staff to use, and whether it will fit into their current workflows without creating more work.
