About
Pamela is an assistant professor of earth and environmental sciences at the University of Mary Washington, with a doctorate in paleoclimatology from Georgia Tech.
She uses fossil oysters and corals to reconstruct climate across hundreds to thousands of years, work that showed El Nino variability is stronger today than at any point in the past six thousand years. Ask her about El Nino, paleoclimate, or corals.
