I coach elite teams and performers in sport and business, focusing on leadership, culture, teamwork, and individual performance. Making great things happen doesn't need to be difficult or overly complicated.
I've been mental coach to over 350 professional athletes across 21 sports, including six world champions and Gukesh D, the youngest chess World Champion in history. I helped coach India to their first cricket World Cup win in 28 years and South Africa to become the first team ever ranked World Number 1 in all three cricket formats simultaneously.
I wrote The Barefoot Coach and serve as Professor of Practice at Deakin University. All of which I do to support my surfing, fishing, and ocean sport habits.
Ask me about mental coaching, leadership under pressure, building high-performance culture, and what I learned coaching India's cricket team.
