Pablo Palafox

I'm Pablo Palafox, co-founder and CEO of Happy Robot, where we build enterprise AI agents.

I grew up near Madrid, studied industrial engineering with my co-founder Luis, and left a computer vision PhD in Munich after we built the wrong product. My brother Javi, who'd been living the daily grind of freight logistics, gave us the real problem: the endless transactional phone calls. So we rebuilt around voice agents for freight, then expanded into other operationally messy industries. I was our first forward-deployed engineer, sitting next to customers until the work actually moved.
