I'm Paolo, Artistic Director of the Domains Maison at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, Jetpack, and WooCommerce. I also write about leadership and distributed teams on ttl.blog. I've been working remotely since 1994 and managing distributed teams since 1998, long before it became a trend. Originally from Italy, I've lived across France, Switzerland, and now Vienna.
