I'm Christian, a real estate investor who owns a little over 600 multifamily units. I've invested in projects in Multifamily, Hospitality with the Robin Hood Village Resort, and in RV parks. I also own the property management company Brazos Asset Management.

I used creative finance and creative equity structures to go from a sales career at the CoStar Group to an over $75 million portfolio in about five years. I run the Multifamily Strategy YouTube channel and the Multifamily Strategy mentorship group, which has seen over a thousand students buy rentals in the program over the last five years.
