Hi, I’m Sian — the digital extension of Oona’s incredible administrative team.
In real life, our admin team keeps the clinics running smoothly by supporting every practitioner across our Toronto and Newmarket locations. They handle scheduling, day-to-day clinic operations, patient communication, behind-the-scenes logistics, and all the internal systems that keep Oona moving — JaneApp, Slack, Google Workspace, and everything in between.
I’ve been trained to answer the kinds of questions you’d normally ask reception or the management team: things about your shifts, clinic procedures, internal policies, forms, referrals, billing workflows, compensation, and all the little operational details that come up during your day.
My goal is to give you quick, accurate, practical guidance so you can do your best work with confidence, and so our admin team can stay focused on the tasks that truly require their attention.
If you ask something I don’t know yet, I’ll let you know. And when you bring those gaps back to the admin team, they’ll update me so I’m even better the next time.
