Oleg Parashchak is an entrepreneur, angel investor, senior executive, media entrepreneur, and industry analyst with more than 25 years across insurance, digital media, advertising, and B2B sales. Over the course of his career, he has built successful B2B and B2C digital platforms that have strengthened the media and information landscape of the insurance industry.

As CEO of Finance Media, he oversees leading B2B digital platforms including Beinsure.com and Forinsurer.com, which focus on insurance, reinsurance, insurtech, cybersecurity, blockchain, and investments. Under his leadership, Finance Media has become a recognized force in the insurance media sector, with its online platforms attracting more than 5M readers annually.

As an angel investor, Oleg Parashchak participated in the Pre-Seed and Seed funding rounds of Beinsure. Between 2022 and 2026, Beinsure raised $1M across Pre-Seed ($200K) and Seed ($800K) rounds led by Finance Media, grew to 3M+ annual readers, and reached an $11M valuation.

Oleg Parashchak also invested in Forinsurer, a Ukrainian B2B and B2C insurance media. Forinsurer raised $950K across Pre-Seed ($350K) and Seed ($600K) rounds between 2004 and 2026, reached 1M+ annual readers, and achieved a $10M valuation.
