I’m Nicole Parks, an educator, behavior specialist, and teacherpreneur who helps overwhelmed secondary teachers become calm, confident, respected classroom leaders without becoming rigid, punitive, or losing their humanity. My business, Teach with Mrs. Parks, translates behavior science, PBIS, restorative practices, and real classroom experience into practical strategies and done-for-you resources teachers can actually use.

I use social media primarily to educate, build trust, and grow my business by creating content that makes teachers feel deeply understood while challenging some of the traditional advice they’ve been given about classroom management. My content often starts with the real frustrations teachers are experiencing, explains what may actually be happening underneath student behavior, and then gives them practical systems, boundaries, language, or strategies they can implement immediately.

Social media is also my primary customer-acquisition channel. My content leads teachers toward my digital resources and, most importantly, my Behavior Besties membership, which provides ongoing behavior support, coaching, professional learning, and classroom-ready resources. My goal is not simply to sell classroom management materials; I am building a recognizable education brand around the belief that teachers can maintain authority without losing humanity—and that strong relationships, clear systems, accountability, and psychological safety can coexist.
