Nick moved to Austin, dead broke, no network, no resources. Working a 9-5 sales job at Indeed, Nick put every dime he made into cracking wholesaling... Mentorships, cold calls, bandit signs, foreclosure lists, Nick tried it all.

Like most wholesalers, Nick found that these methods that everyone else used yielded low returns, and starved him of the time freedom every entrepreneur wants.

After 11 months of trial & error, Nick found his own unique way of getting quality leads, cheap and took the leap full time into wholesaling.

Over the next 2 years, Nick first broke the six figure NET mark wholesaling 100% virtually all across the entire United States, and without pause he shifted his focus into scaling, building a team, and becoming an owner of a business - not an employee in it. As Nick started to build a team, he broke the $1 million mark, and then the $2 million mark...

And then Nick retired from his business in 2021 leaving it 100% in the hands of his team to grow.

In the last years, Nick's wholesale business cracked $10M without Nick's involvement in the day-to-day and is still active today.

In the last few years, Nick's focus has shifted toward education and helping people reach their financial objectives through the business he mastered, and still owns in Wholesaling.
