I'm Nick, a researcher and science on a mission to make metabolic health mainstream. I run a YouTube channel, write the "Stay Curious Metabolism" newsletter on Substack, and do active research.
I graduated valedictorian from Dartmouth, did my PhD at Oxford, and earned my MD at Harvard, but a serious illness during my training changed how I think about medicine and what I chose to do with my career.
