I'm Nicholas, program coordinator for the Labor Studies program at Wayne State University, where I help Detroit workers connect with trade credentials and career opportunities. I'm also an active member of the Wayne Academic Union.
I completed Labor@Wayne's Labor School during the pandemic before joining as coordinator. The 10-course program teaches union members grievance handling, collective bargaining, and the politics and economics of labor.
Ask me about labor education, workforce development in Detroit, union organizing, and career pathways for trade workers.
