Adam Riches is the CEO and Founder of Netgain Solutions, a leading innovator in accounting software embedded in NetSuite. Under his leadership, Netgain has grown into a global organization serving thousands of accounting teams with specialized tools that automate lease and fixed asset accounting, streamline bank reconciliations, accelerate the month-end close, and more.

He is a CPA and began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, is a former controller for several publicly traded companies, and was part of Oracle NetSuite’s Strategic Initiatives team focused on accounting best practices.
