I'm Neel, a product designer and design engineer currently at Warp. I design and ship the front end myself, directing AI coding agents and catching every shortcut they take. My deepest focus is LLM-first design systems: I've built one from scratch, hundreds of tokens compiling to nine platforms, close to a hundred components, shipping production React.
