I'm Naseem, a venture investor backing female founders in healthtech and fintech. Over the last five years I've made 40+ investments from Pre-seed through Series A, bringing 25+ years of market-making and business-building experience to help founders deliver outsized outcomes.

I started in digital strategy and innovation consulting, leading Fortune 100 clients through ideation to commercialization. That work showed me how diversity drives innovation and how starkly different the funding landscape is for women. So I redirected everything I knew about business building toward founders who weren't finding that support organically.
